Blueprints Learning Center is a preschool program designed for children who are ready to attend a structured education program but who are not yet old enough to be enrolled in kindergarten. Children are exposed to educational development, social skills and emotional intelligence development, and physical fitness and nutrition.
At Blueprints Learning Center, we believe that all children are capable of learning and that all students possess different and unique abilities. Our curriculum is broad in order to help enhance and nurture the natural abilities of all children and to also teach them new abilities. We believe that progress monitoring of basic skills is imperative in order to inform the teachers and parents of children’s learning and that progress monitoring informs us of when early intervention might be necessary.
Blueprints Learning Center operates under the newly developed Blueprints philosophy. The Blueprints philosophy encourages education of the whole child, including:
Building Emotional Intelligence
Language Development
Understanding Math Concepts
Education of the Arts
Physical Activity
Reading Fundamentals
Imagination and Creativity
Nutritional Choices
Thinking Critically
Specific Motor Skills
We hold high expectations and at the same time provide different avenues to help each child reach those expectations.
Blueprints Learning Center does not discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender, ethnic group identification, race, ancestry, national origin, religion, color, or mental or physical disability, in determining which children are served. We understand the requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to make reasonable accommodations for such children.
