Do you offer tours?

Yes! Contact our Program Director to set up your tour today.

Do you have a full day program?

Not yet, we are actively searching for a facility that will accommodate a full time program. In the meantime our part time program will continue.

What options do you have for choosing the days and times for my child to attend?

We currently offer classes all five mornings during the week.

The Lunch Bunch is another program that will be offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on a first come first serve basis from 11:30-12:30 for an additional fee.

What skills do you focus on?

Blueprints Learning Center integrates the ABCs into playtime and encourages activities that engage the senses and emotions, which is how children learn best.

We specifically focus on basic kindergarten preparation as well as the following concepts:

     Building Emotional Intelligence

Language Development

Understanding Math Concepts

Education of the Arts

Physical Activity

Reading Fundamentals

Imagination and Creativity

Nutritional Choices

Thinking Critically

Specific Motor Skills

How do you choose your curriculum?

We designed our curriculum to provide the beginning skills to align with California kindergarten state standards and provide preschool age children with a head start on their academic careers, social skills, emotional intelligence and healthy lifestyle. We also provide intensive intervention as needed for groups of children who may be delayed in any of the main areas (academics, social skills, emotional intelligence, and fitness).

What holidays are you closed?

We observe all national holidays. Additionally, your child will have one week off for Thanksgiving, two weeks off for Winter Break, and one week off for Spring Break. These breaks are aligned with surrounding school districts. Please contact the Program Director for a copy of the master calendar.

What experience do your teachers have?

Blueprints Learning Center hires teachers and teacher assistants who meet the minimum Teacher and Teacher Assistant criteria that indicates proficiency by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Further, teachers must have a love for children and a passion for educating children in all of the Blueprints concept areas.

What safety measures do you have?

Children are kept with staff members for 100% of their time at Blueprints Learning Center. They are dropped off and signed in by you and received by our staff. Similarly, the children are handed over to you at the end of the program day after you have signed him/her out. We do not allow children to leave with anyone other than their parent or person(s) listed on their emergency card. Anyone other than the parent must show photo identification in order for us to release your child. We also will call you to gain your permission unless you have informed us ahead of time regarding the different transportation arrangement.

We also do not allow drop-in visitation and any visitors must be accompanied by the Program Director. Additionally, we have installed web-based video surveillance monitoring allowing you to log-on from a remote location to check in on your child’s activities throughout the day.

At our new facility, each parent will be issued a pin in order to enter and exit our facility through security-enhanced doors that are locked 24-hours per day. This assures you that people who do not belong at Blueprints Learning Center will be allowed in or out.
